General terms and conditions of trade (GTCT)

Please read our terms and conditions of delivery carefully.
By an order, our terms are automatically recognized and accepted.

Delivery:

We let produce all our products following highest quality demands and only with selected raw materials exclusively for the Asklepios Ltd., 188Cent Inc. by pharmacists and their employees. We cooperate with partner pharmacies in the United States and Europe.
From us you don’t buy no industry or ready-mix, but individual recipes.
Issued orders are binding for the client.

Shipping costs:

We calculate the shipping costs designated in the item descriptions.
At the orders of several items, we calculate one-time postage.

Payment Terms:

We deliver the ordered goods exclusively against prepayment!
Once your order is received, it goes into the processing.
Your order will be processed and sent as soon as possible.

Right of rescission:
We point to the existence of a right under § § 355, 356 BGB.

Cancellation policy:

1. Consumers can cancel their order within one month in writing (eg. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods without giving any reasons. The period begins earliest the day after receipt of this notification and the product. The cancellation period is preserved by sending the cancellation or the good in time. for goods, produced according to the customers specifications or uniquely tailored to personal needs or due to their nature are not eligible for return or are capable of quickly can spoil or its expiration date would be exceeded;

3. Consequences of cancellation

In the case of an effective revocation, the benefits received by both sides are to be returned and if applicable any benefit (such as interest) to be given back. If consumers cannot return to us the received performance in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, they are obliged to pay compensation for the value. 4. Obligations to refund payments must be made within 30 days after dispatch the cancellation.

1. All privacy protection needs are heeded, particularly those of the Teleservices Act and the Media Services Treaty and the related data protection laws and the federal Privacy Act.

2. The personal data necessary for processing of the deal are made available by the customer as part of the order process. The personal data necessary for business transactions will be stored and if necessary under the proper order processing given to third parties (shipping companies). A processing of your data is also made by our partners. The corresponding data protection statement can be found with each of our article also mentioned and shown.

3. By submitting your datas you agree to the elicitation, handling and use of data in the above sense.
